The mission of the Herndon WinterMarkt is to provide the Town of Herndon and surrounding area with a wintertime family destination by providing engaging and authentic European holiday experiences. Our participants look forward to food, beverage, and artisan vendors, all with the spirit of Christmas, Europe, and community in mind. We are seeking vendors committed to partnering with Herndon WinterMarkt in order to provide this experience to our visitors and community. If this sounds like a good fit, we hope you will consider applying! Please keep in mind that the Herndon WinterMarkt is an outdoor “winter” market and vendors should plan to be in operation in cold temperatures. If you are interested in becoming a Herndon WinterMarkt vendor, please review the package in detail and submit the following Vendor Application.

The Herndon WinterMarkt is also extending its vendor community through a virtual market (located on the Vendors page). You may choose to be included in this event with marketing options that include social media and website engagement throughout the season or year. You will be required to provide your own website and point-of-sale and shipping systems.

This spectacular event offers volunteers the opportunity to be WinterMarkt Holiday Helpers and celebrate the season with the thousands of visitors who attend. Helpers will serve as the face of the market in roles such as greeters, glühwein and beer handlers and helping to keep the market in tip-top shape.
